Store Policies

At Conscious Community Strategies, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and resources to support our customers and community. These policies apply to all current and future services and products offered through our website.

Payment Policy

We accept secure online payments via major credit/debit cards and third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). All prices are listed in USD. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated for select services (e.g., invoiced consulting work).

Shipping & Delivery

We currently do not offer physical products. However, if physical items are introduced in the future:

  • Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping times vary based on the destination and chosen method.

  • Customers will receive tracking information upon shipment.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to carriers or customs.

Digital Products & Downloads

For any digital items (e.g., eBooks, templates, courses), delivery will occur via instant download or email after purchase. If you do not receive your file or access instructions within 24 hours, please contact us at lauren@consciouscommunitystrategies.com.

Refunds & Returns

Services:

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us directly—we are committed to resolving any concerns.

Digital Products:

All digital product sales are final. We cannot issue refunds once a file has been delivered or downloaded.

Physical Products (if offered in future):

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us before returning an item to receive authorization and return instructions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule service appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours may forfeit the service or be subject to a cancellation fee.
